Lemons 02
20 × 20 cm | Oil on board
A smaller companion piece continuing my exploration of colour, form and painterly brushwork.
Working at this scale encouraged a more direct approach—simplifying the composition into bold shapes and letting each brushstroke stay visible. The contrast between the vibrant yellows, deep greens and warm neutrals became the focus, creating a sense of light and movement without relying on fine detail.
